We offer the following shipping options across India:

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metro cities

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order weight. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999 (standard shipping only).

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@screendraft.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
